Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will normally use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you may be required, if you withdraw before full performance, to pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal after full performance
For a paid service contract, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed if, before performance began, you expressly consented to performance starting before the withdrawal period expired and confirmed that you understand that your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the contract.
