How much does a listing cost?
The basic listing is free. You provide the name, category, description and contact details – that's it.
How long does approval take?
Every listing is manually reviewed before it goes live. This helps keep spam and fake listings out of the directory. Approval usually takes one to two business days.
Why was my listing rejected?
Common reasons include incomplete information, a missing or invalid website, or a listing that does not fit one of the available categories. You can submit a corrected listing again at any time.
What happens to a recommended website?
A website recommendation is different from submitting your own directory listing. The “Recommend a website” form lets you suggest a website that you think would fit the directory, even without a user account. Every suggestion is reviewed manually and is never published automatically. During the review, publicly available information such as the page title or description may be retrieved as an aid for the manual review. Rejected, duplicate or otherwise closed suggestions are archived first and permanently deleted 180 days after the review is completed. After that, the same website can be suggested again. Can I edit my listing later?
Yes. When you are signed in, you can find your listings under “My listings” and use the “Edit” option. Changes to an already approved listing are briefly reviewed again before the updated version becomes public.
How do reviews work?
Visitors can submit a review consisting of a rating from 1 to 5 stars and a comment. Reviews are also checked before publication.
I forgot my password – what can I do?
The sign-in page contains a “Forgot password?” link. You can use it to request an email with a link for resetting your password.
Are there paid plans?
The basic listing is always free. Optional Premium plans provide additional presentation and visibility features. If online payment is enabled, Premium can be purchased as a one-time payment through Stripe Checkout. No subscription or automatic paid renewal is created.
