ink-Drin is operated by Andre Wienholz in Hamburg. I personally maintain the directory and manually review every new listing before publication. Reviews are not automated and are not carried out by an anonymous team.
Why another web directory?
Many directories on the web are outdated, full of dead links or exist mainly as backlink collections without much value for visitors. Link-Drin focuses instead on reviewed listings, clear categories and an easy-to-use presentation, so visitors can actually find what they are looking for and listed websites and businesses can gain relevant visibility.
What is reviewed?
For every new or changed listing, I check whether the submitted website is reachable at the time of review, whether the name, category and description plausibly match the actual website, and whether the public contact details appear consistent. This is not a full legal or factual audit; it is a plausibility check intended to reduce obvious spam, fake listings and dead links.
What is rejected?
Listings with a non-working or clearly dubious website, obvious spam, unlawful or misleading content, and duplicate listings for the same website are not approved.
How does it work?
Businesses and website owners can submit a basic listing free of charge. I review the information and approve the listing. Visitors can then browse by category or keyword and leave reviews.
Premium listings
Premium listings receive highlighted presentation and a badge, but this does not affect the editorial review. Premium listings must meet the same requirements as free listings.
